AIOnCalls Reviews

Bigly Sales is an AI outbound calling platform that combines voice automation, telephony infrastructure, compliance controls, CRM connectivity, and campaign management in a fully managed service. The company handles number purchasing and management, carrier registration, whitelisting, spam monitoring, local presence dialing, and other infrastructure required to launch outbound calling campaigns. Compliance features are designed to enforce federal and state calling requirements before a call is placed rather than relying only on after-the-fact reporting. Bigly supports opt-out suppression, dialing-window restrictions, state-specific rules, consent workflows, and other TCPA-related controls at the system level. Its AI calling agents can contact new leads, conduct qualification conversations, schedule appointments, transfer qualified prospects, trigger follow-up messages, send payment links, and perform other sales actions. Call data can be pushed into CRM and API-connected systems so teams do not have to manually record transcripts, dispositions, qualification answers, or conversion outcomes. Reporting covers total calls, answer rates, lead-source performance, successful and unsuccessful dispositions, live transfers, appointments, SMS events, contracts, and payments. Bigly also continuously monitors campaign performance and adjusts prompts and qualification logic over time to improve results. The platform is used across industries including B2B SaaS, financial services, insurance, healthcare, home services, real estate, lending, education, telecom, ecommerce, dealerships, and professional services.
