Positive: ADP Workforce Now has a very thorough implementation and if you know what you want, they can usually find a way to make it happen. Payroll is very streamlined. Multiple workflows can be set up. ADP is great with taxes as well.

Negative: Workflows can be complicated to set up in the system. Some of the additional features also come at an additional price such as benefit enrollment, applicant tracking and training modules.

Summary: ADP Workforce Now has improved the way we manage human resources in my organization, we keep all our data about all our staff up to date and at our fingertips, and it streamlines processes such as hiring, payroll, benefits, vacations, days off and much more. It has been a complete benefit in the management of Human Resources within my organization. An implementation that your organization, especially HR management will thank you for life. It simplifies the work of the staff involved in human resources and streamlines all the processes involved, from recruitment to payroll and benefits.

Positive: The ease of use and usefulness of this tool to automate processes, especially processes related to human resources administration. It is a very intuitive environment and being cloud-based, it allows us to have access to all stored information easily while minimizing risks of information loss.

Negative: It is a robust tool, it has many functions, which generates a steep learning curve and it takes a little time to fully adapt to the software and start taking advantage of its benefits, which are many.

Summary: ADP Workforce Now is a very instructive tool. It allows me to check many different employee data at a single platform. It gives me the ability to check employee attendance and work time, which is very beneficial for my business. It completely reduces our work stress.

Positive: ADP Workforce is available on many platforms like windows and smartphone makes it easy to access. It lets me check employees pay details and tax information. The dashboard is full of information which indicates employee absence, overtime and many other stats.

Negative: Sometimes it's dashboard fails to receive user information.
