8player for iOS allows you to play media files from DLNA/UPnP and SMB, FTP and Dropbox. It also supports local videos, music and photos. You can control media files playback on your DLNA (renderers), and Chromecast devices. To play media files offline, you can download them from DLNA/UPnP/SMB, FTP and Dropbox. The app allows you to create and edit music playlists. You can connect to your DLNA/UPnP servers remotely from any network, via mobile Internet, or any other network. You can play media files from DLNA/UPnP and SMB servers. 8player can be used as a DLNA/UPnP rendering tool. Supports avi and mkv as well as mp4, mov, MPG, and vob. Flac, mp3, wav, flac, and alac are supported. Supports heic, jpeg, png, gif, bmp, ico, tiff etc.
