IT, Marketing and Facilities Management departments of larger companies wanting to streamline their workflows will find the Standard plan best suited for their needs, provided that their workflows do not need the involvement of other departments. The Premium plan is intended for enterprises, government agencies and large MSPs with mature enterprise service management (ESM) requirements and advanced workflow automation objectives.
