    Summary: The right product, when you really want to do WhatsApp marketing at scale as cost scales terribly with some providers. It seems they are the biggest provider worldwide and I understand why. If I could buy shares of 360dialog, I would do it.

    Positive: I tried other WhatsApp BSPs, a few didn't even answer my requests. I had used Twilio which is crap and it scales very expensive when you have a lot of conversations.

    Negative: I did not make any bad experience. Some features are not perfectly documented, but support was very helpful. I chose premium support and it was the right decision.
