    Summary: It is a pity that HOTLINE does not solve problems, the program is great but should not improve for the worse.

    Positive: The program is generally good, but the newer the version, the worse the control and malfunction of the program.

    Negative: Internal FTP does not work, embedded video is not displayed in Firefox, embedding images is impossible, impractical and complicated. Importing photos reports errors and photos are corrupted. The hotline does not respond and does not resolve issues.

    No aftercare and support with this glitchy software

    Summary: My advice is to NEVER reply on this software if it is important to your business. They are simply not reliable.

    Positive: It does look pretty, you can add branding elements like logos and background images and colours, BUT they are not saved and have to be added every time you close and open the programme.

    Negative: Considering the price, it doesn't handle geotagged links and the support team (read single person) doesn't reply when you point out major issues, like their servers not linking to the software so that you cannot upload files even when you have paid for space.
