Brytebuild is a cloud MRP and manufacturing execution platform for small UK engineering and joinery shops, with an embedded quality management system.
The planning side runs multi-level bill-of-materials explosion, net-requirements MRP with lead-time and safety-stock awareness, demand forecasting that feeds the plan, and finite-capacity scheduling on a drag-and-drop Gantt that refuses to double-book a work centre.
Execution covers works orders and routing, container and barcode-level stock on an append-only movement ledger, FEFO picking, packing, despatch and UK-VAT-compliant invoicing that pushes to Xero or Sage.
Traceability is per-unit: serial and lot genealogy resolves both backwards to the supplier lot and forwards to the customer, and each unit can publish a GS1 Digital Link passport with JSON-LD for EU ESPR readiness.
Quality is not an add-on. Inspection plans, non-conformances, CAPA, concessions, calibration, document control, internal audit and management review all ship in the Pro tier.
