incentX is an incentives and compensation platform. It reads invoices, sales orders, credit memos, and AP/AR lines directly from your ERP through pre-built, two-way connectors, with no middleware or data warehouse. Each transaction is evaluated once against every active program, including sales commissions, customer and supplier rebates, royalties, chargebacks, billbacks, and trade promotions. Approved results can post back to the ERP as GL entries or AP/AR records.
Native connectors typically sync in under five minutes, and anything without a connector can use the open REST API, flat files, or SFTP. incentX is SOC 2 Type II certified, encrypts data with TLS 1.2+ in transit and AES-256 at rest, and supports SSO through Okta and Microsoft Entra ID.
