    Summary: My Incentives has made the lives of my sales team extremely easy. They can see the sales and incentives that they are eligible for in real time on a daily basis. This motivates them to improve their performance. They are also eligible for more commissions and payouts. The entire incentive distribution process is extremely easy and strait-forward.

    Positive: My Incentives has a variety of flexible options for the system to recognize points. This includes automating incentive calculation logic, approvals and distributions from managers, as well as individual claim based campaigns.

    There is also TDS management, cash rewards in addition to 1000+ reward vouchers, which is a differentiator from competition.

    Negative: There could be improvements to the user interface in certain places.
