To assess events such as sign-ups, logins, or payments, users can send these events and receive responses indicating whether to allow, step up, hold, or block the action, along with the specific rules that prompted such decisions. The pack rules initially operate in shadow mode and can transition to automatic actions following a 30-day replay period.
