It covers the four steps that win a job. Find it: Prospects shows commercial lots near you, already measured. Measure it: type an address, then tap the corners or draw around the surface on the satellite view and get the square footage. Add sections together and cut out islands, buildings and planters. Quote it: pick the job type, enter your rate and up to ten material lines, and send a branded quote with your logo as a PDF or as a link the customer accepts in one tap. Track it: Jobs follows every quote from measured to quoted, booked and paid.
There are eight job types: driveway, patio, sidewalk, deck, parking lot, pool deck, snow removal and lawn. Snow removal is priced per push by snow depth, per salt application and per season. On a pool deck, trace the pool and it comes off the total.
