We do not store any of your emails in our databases or servers. Email summaries can be turned off. If you opt out, we will not create or store summaries for emails you receive. If you have opted-in to receive email summaries, we will store them for 14 days. OpenAI is used for AI-enabled functions - email drafting and embedding, email response option selection, generation and email summarization.
