Description
SuperMailOS provides managed business email services on your own domain, specifically designed for small teams. You simply provide your domain while SuperMailOS takes care of the mail server and ensures optimal deliverability through SPF, DKIM, DMARC, IP reputation management, and warmup, guaranteeing that your emails reach the inbox instead of being marked as spam.
The setup process is quick and user-friendly; you can verify your domain in seconds using one-click DNS with platforms like Cloudflare and DigitalOcean, or follow simple copy-paste instructions with any registrar, then invite your team members and begin sending emails immediately. Each user receives a genuine mailbox, with the added benefit of unlimited and free aliases, such as hello@ and support@.
The webmail interface is designed to be as intuitive as Gmail, featuring threaded conversations, instant search capabilities, keyboard shortcuts, labels, and dark mode, alongside support for IMAP and SMTP, enabling compatibility with any email application. Additionally, SuperMailOS provides a real-time deliverability dashboard to monitor where your emails land.
Pricing is straightforward with a flat rate per mailbox: the Pro plan costs $3 per month when billed annually and includes 10 GB of storage and three domains, while the Business plan is priced at $5 per month, offering 30 GB of storage and unlimited domains, along with customizable options for larger teams of 50 or more. A 14-day free trial is available with no credit card required, allowing you to experience the service risk-free.
Description
lfr is an all-in-one mail server and newsletter solution designed as a single Go binary that operates on both Linux and macOS platforms. This tool empowers developers, self-hosters, and small teams to easily create and manage mailboxes for their domains, handle aliases and forwarding, and efficiently search and respond to emails while also allowing for domain mail record configuration. Its newsletter features include customizable double-opt-in signup lists, Markdown-based content for issues, hosted archives along with signup websites, an easy one-click unsubscribe option, and effective handling of bounces and complaints, all facilitated through a configurable SMTP relay if direct sending isn't possible. The command-line interface can be accessed either locally or through SSH, providing functionality for setup and diagnostics related to server, DNS, and mail delivery. lfr is made available under the MIT license, meaning that while the software itself is free, users are responsible for managing and financing their own server and any optional relay services they choose to utilize. With its robust capabilities and user-friendly approach, lfr stands out as an ideal choice for those looking to maintain control over their email and newsletter operations.
