SpectreUQ™ enhances the advanced DAKOTA software created by Sandia National Laboratories by incorporating a user-friendly wizard that assists engineers throughout the uncertainty quantification (UQ) process. It employs a database to systematically organize results from both experiments and simulations, along with offering interactive visualization and graphing capabilities. Available through an annual subscription without any limits on the number of users, it also comes in source code format. Description
Stallion 3D rapidly produces aerodynamic performance metrics, including lift, drag, and moments, for both new and existing CAD models. It offers exceptional RANS results without the need for manual grid creation, as the grid generation process within Stallion 3D is entirely automated. This feature effectively removes one of the most time-consuming challenges in computational fluid dynamics (CFD). Utilizing its unique CFD algorithm known as HIST, Stallion 3D accurately forecasts the aerodynamic characteristics of your designs. The software seamlessly imports CAD models and generates the necessary 3D aerodynamic data to validate your designs and support your success. It provides detailed reports on lift and drag forces, as well as yaw, roll, and pitch moments along specified coordinate directions. Additionally, it includes 2D line graphs that illustrate Cp, velocity, Mach number, density, and temperature at constant coordinate locations across the STL surface, allowing users to visualize parameters such as Cp (x) at various span locations along the wing. Overall, Stallion 3D streamlines the aerodynamic analysis process, making it more efficient for designers to achieve optimal performance.
