VoIP Spear is a monitoring and alerting service. We monitor your voice quality and notify you when there is a problem. You will be the first to know if your call quality is poor. Quality problems with calls always occur at the worst times. It can be frustrating to ask "Can you hear me?" It's frustrating to ask "Can you hear me?" or "Can you say that again?" Over and over. Quality issues with calls are often intermittent. This means that they may not be occurring when tech support arrives. VoIP Spear monitors VoIP quality throughout the day. VoIP Spear can be reached even when you are asleep. VoIP Spear gives you a numerical score that measures your voice quality, from poor (1) to excellent (5). This is known as MOS, or Mean Opinion Score. It's an industry standard to measure voice quality. VoIP Spear has servers located in more than 15 major cities around the world, so you can test your VoIP best. Our servers are located in North America and South America, Europe, Asia/Pacific, and Europe.
