Description
Most SaaS teams know their churn rate but not the reasons behind it. Stripe's cancel form returns one word from a short list, and few customers type a detailed answer into a survey. Rezup asks after the cancellation instead.
How it works: connect Stripe with a read-only key that can't charge, refund or change anything. After each cancellation or downgrade, the customer gets one question by email from your company name. They answer by voice or text in the browser, in any language.
Rezup transcribes answers on its own servers in Germany, translates them, and uses AI to group them into reasons ranked by lost MRR, with trends and quotes. Teams get weekly summaries, Slack and Telegram alerts, CSV and Excel export, webhooks and a REST API.
Pricing follows MRR: free up to $5k (50 responses a month), then $29, $99 or $299 a month.
