Well Transitioned provides an employer-sponsored outplacement and layoff assistance service designed for organizations handling individual exits or larger workforce reductions. Employees who are leaving receive tailored career-transition assistance from a dedicated coach, who begins support within an hour of their notification and continues throughout their job search and adjustment to new roles. Coaching services can cover emotional stabilization after separation, strategic career advice, and effective job-search techniques. Employers have the flexibility to acquire services for individuals or groups, with clear pricing per person and options for volume discounts. Additionally, Well Transitioned provides specialized services for layoff planning and execution as separate engagements. Importantly, this service is delivered by experienced human coaches and HR specialists rather than through a software platform, ensuring personalized support throughout the transition process. $2,500/person
Transition & Career Coaching is $2,500 per person for Essential, $3,000 per person for Rapid Activation, $4,000 per person for Professional, $6,500 per person for Leadership, and $10,000 per person for Executive. Volume discounts are 10% for 10–24 people, 15% for 25–49 people, and 20% for 50 or more. Coaching is offered with no contracts. Layoff Planning & Execution is priced separately and starts at $25,000 per engagement.
