Predator RCM software, a flexible robotic cell controller, scheduler, and robot controller, is designed to automate a Cell of CNC Machines. It also allows for part markers, cleaners, and other manufacturing equipment. Predator RCM allows for lights out operation and production, as well as flexible manufacturing and complete automation. Predator RCM schedules each robot to load and unload every CNC machine and CMM within the cell. Hands-free operation from raw material to finished products. Predator RCM supports a wide variety of pallets, tooling and RFID tags. You can increase the productivity of your CNC machines and reduce the labor/operator requirements. Predator RCM can robotically tend to any type of machine by using the right fixtures and robotic grippers. Common machine types include CNC machines and CMMs, CMMs, laser markings, part washers, and other manufacturing and inspection processes.

The main component for Wild Game Processors is our self-updating, distributed Windows desktop application ProteinOS. This facilitates an efficient handling of customer orders. Our kiosks are made up of MiniPCs and POS Receipt Printers. They also include Thermal Label Printers and RFID. Mobile PC carts with an onboard UPS allow for use away from a power outlet. Each order is assigned an RFID tag that, when scanned by each station, brings up the required data. Automated and customizable customer invoices and notifications (SMS/Voice/Email) are available. The hardware all has it's own prices and it all depends on exactly what type of setup you have, the space you have, and how large your operation is. We can accommodate small operations that require only one client station to handle all of their business all the way up to gigantic operations that run multiple cutting lines simultaneously , a handful of check-in and check-out stations, and office admin client stations for reporting, invoicing and overall administration.
