Description
PlanerPRO is a cloud-based software solution that enables users to determine whether their projects are profitable or not during the execution phase, rather than waiting until after completion.
Typically, small businesses that manage projects individually rely on spreadsheets to monitor expenses, which involves dividing the budget into various line items and often results in delayed and incomplete financial data.
PlanerPRO allows for a detailed comparison of estimated versus actual costs on a per-item basis, highlighting any overruns instead of merely presenting an overall project total.
The software facilitates team members in reporting their hours and materials used directly from their mobile devices, with costs automatically assigned to the relevant project, while timelines and progress are visually organized using Gantt charts.
It is important to note that PlanerPRO is neither an ERP system nor traditional accounting software, as it does not generate invoices or manage your financial records, which means no complicated migrations or implementation processes are necessary.
This tool operates in conjunction with your existing systems, providing seamless integration and ease of use.
Designed specifically for businesses with 12 to 60 employees in sectors such as metal fabrication, industrial installation, marine repair, and engineering, it caters to the unique needs of these industries.
Created by Innovadb in Vigo, Spain, with over 25 years of experience in the field, PlanerPRO is available starting at just 99 euros per month, making it an accessible option for growing companies.
Description
RSMeans data in the construction industry is synonymous with detailed cost. It has been for decades. Robert Snow Means was Civil Engineer. He kept detailed construction costs in a series leather-bound books that he made at his kitchen counter. His ability to track equipment, material and labor costs impressed his peers in the 1940s. They began to offer to buy his "cost books." Gordian now offers RSMeans data. The database has more than 92,000 line items. Cost engineers spend more than 30,000 hours each year validating and researching the costs. The cost information can still be found in books, but it is also available through our dynamic estimating software. Construction costs include material, labor and/or equipment prices. They can be referenced at the unit or assembly level. RSMeans Data Online is a cloud-based solution that allows you to view localized construction costs.
