Description
PDFik is an asynchronous API designed to convert public URLs or raw HTML into highly accurate PDFs. Users can initiate a job, obtain a job ID, and receive an HMAC-signed webhook upon completion of the PDF, with additional support for polling endpoints if preferred. The rendering process utilizes a sandboxed headless Chromium, ensuring that modern CSS, web fonts, and complex JavaScript-heavy pages are accurately represented in the final output.
Among its key features are signed webhooks complete with automatic retries and a dead-letter queue available on all subscription plans, including the Free tier; two separate billing metrics for rendered PDFs and generated gigabytes which are tracked independently, ensuring downloads do not affect the quota; a free test mode ("test": true) that allows users to access the full pipeline without using their quota; file uploads of up to 150 MB across all plans; guaranteed deletion of generated documents within 24 hours; and end-to-end encryption for per-job credentials. Additionally, PDFik provides official SDKs for JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and Java, along with a public OpenAPI specification for developers.
Under the Free plan, users can generate up to 100 PDFs and 0.5 GB of data each month, with card verification ensuring no charges are applied. Paid plans begin at $29 per month and come with a robust 99.5% Service Level Agreement (SLA), catering to various user needs and ensuring reliability.
Description
Specmatic offers a no-code, specification-driven, and visual approach to API testing by leveraging API specifications to automatically execute positive and negative tests. Specmatic Studio offers broad format and protocol support across REST, SOAP, GraphQL, gRPC, WebSockets, and asynchronous messaging systems (message queues and event-driven APIs).
Specmatic Studio utilizes specifications as the single source of truth for contract testing, service virtualization (mocking), workflow testing and resiliency testing. It enables backward compatibility testing which detects breaking changes to APIs at design time and in CI, helping teams prevent consumer-impacting regressions before deployment.
Specmatic Genie uses API requirements to assist with API design and enables interactive validation of the API specification prior to generating an MCP server. Specmatic MCP Auto-Test generates test cases for JSON validation and tool calls.
Specmatic focuses on functional correctness, contract compliance, resiliency, and compatibility testing. It offers open-source testing tools for OpenAPI, MCP and SOAP. Postman collections can be imported to aid specification creation and test generation.
