Description
One Way Interview is an innovative platform that utilizes AI technology to facilitate one-way video interviews, enabling hiring teams to assess candidates in a flexible manner without the need for live coordination, thereby accelerating the recruitment process and honing in on the most suitable talent. Candidates can effortlessly record their responses to pre-established questions in various formats—video, text, or lists—using any device equipped with a camera and microphone. Meanwhile, the AI component swiftly evaluates these responses based on linguistic proficiency, communication skills, and specific evaluation criteria, allowing recruiters to efficiently identify top candidates while filtering out those who do not meet the qualifications. The platform boasts a wide array of pre-designed interview tests, allows for personalized interview workflows that incorporate company branding, and seamlessly integrates with major Applicant Tracking Systems or offers its own built-in ATS for streamlined workflow management. By adopting an asynchronous interview process, One Way Interview minimizes scheduling challenges, enhances consistency through standardized questioning for all applicants, and has the potential to reduce the hiring cycle time by nearly 70%. This comprehensive approach not only saves time but also improves the overall candidate experience by allowing them to participate on their own schedule.
Description
Verified Call is a product aimed at ensuring the integrity of interviews for hiring teams engaging in remote video sessions. Prior to the interview, candidates are required to complete a verification process on their devices, which assesses the camera, voice, and facial features while also identifying any hidden assistance tools or windows. During the interview conducted via Google Meet, a browser extension visible to the host indicates the status of each participant and can provide evidence if any discrepancies arise. This system is specifically crafted to identify potential issues related to identity or the integrity of the interview, such as discrepancies in appearance or voice, camera alterations, face replacements, deepfake technology, artificial intelligence avatars, and any concealed AI support. Candidates interact with the service through a desktop application, whereas interview hosts utilize a Chrome extension; currently, only Google Meet is supported for meetings. Verified Call is currently available in a closed beta phase, along with a one-week paid trial for recruiters, hiring managers, and technical interviewers, aimed at enhancing the transparency and reliability of the hiring process. The implementation of this innovative technology seeks to foster a more trustworthy environment for remote interviews.
