Description

We are thrilled to share that RSTickets!Pro, our ticketing system for HelpDesk, has received an update to ensure compatibility with the upcoming Joomla! 4 version. While a stable version has yet to be launched, we are committed to maintaining our compatibility with Joomla! 4 by enhancing our RSTickets!Pro component. A number of improvements have been made to RSTickets!Pro, including refining the source code and making updates for a more uniform appearance that benefits users of both Joomla! 3 and Joomla! 4. Additionally, all RSDirectory! configuration settings have been consolidated within the Configuration tab, organized by their relevance for easier access. Our system guarantees a secure and private environment for customers, allowing them to create and respond to tickets directly through email. Furthermore, multiple email notifications are sent to both customers and staff, ensuring everyone stays informed throughout the ticketing process. This update reflects our commitment to providing a robust support system for our users.
