The Losant Enterprise IoT Platform serves as a powerful application enablement tool, empowering businesses to create IoT products, services, and applications that can securely scale to accommodate millions of devices. We support IoT solution development for a diverse range of Fortune 500 clients across various sectors, including telecommunications, manufacturing, and industrial IoT. Our platform is equipped to handle multiple use cases, such as asset tracking, monitoring industrial equipment, creating smart environments, and facilitating contact tracing. Every component of Losant, from Edge Compute to End-User Experiences, integrates seamlessly to convert data into customized IoT solutions. Utilize Losant’s edge computing capabilities to deploy logic directly onto edge devices, which helps minimize dependency on constant connectivity and allows for pre-filtering of data before it reaches the cloud. Enhance organization of data and devices through Losant’s advanced tagging and device modeling features. Ensure robust security measures are in place with TLS encryption and fully revocable access keys assigned to each device, thereby reinforcing the integrity of the entire IoT ecosystem. By leveraging these tools, enterprises can significantly enhance their operational efficiency and adaptability in an increasingly connected world.
Description
Supports secure connections with devices that utilize HTTP and MQTT protocols, while receiving data from LoRa Network Servers as well as streams from various IoT Clouds. This versatile serverless computing environment, often referred to as function as a service (FaaS), offers online editing capabilities along with codecs and integrations. It processes and normalizes incoming data from devices, translating uplink messages and encoding downlink commands to streamline integration function deployment. The system efficiently manages device registration, configuration, provisioning, and facilitates Firmware Over The Air (FOTA) scheduling and batching. Users can easily deregister and reregister devices through the LNS Switch feature. It securely stores LoRaWAN keys and SSL/TLS certificates, providing access to real-time data insights. With exceptional performance, it can handle large volumes of data, allowing for quick queries across billions of telemetric and historical records. Capable of ingesting millions of data points in a second, it also offers vertical and horizontal scalability driven by a robust data streaming processing engine. Additionally, this architecture ensures that data management remains efficient and responsive, adapting to the ever-growing demands of IoT applications.
