Description
LexLogik transforms unstructured client documents into searchable, court-ready PDFs, utilizing smartphone images, scans, and email attachments processed through dual OCR engines that identify low-confidence text for verification with The Lens feature. The platform automates email handling by directing client attachments to a specific LexLogik address for seamless processing. It assembles case files from various sources, compresses document collections to adhere to court filing size requirements, and ensures comprehensive text searchability throughout the documents. The software automatically enhances images by correcting skewed photos and improving the quality of subpar scans. Operating on German servers within ISO 27001-certified data centers, LexLogik adheres to GDPR regulations and implements a strict zero-retention policy, ensuring that all attachments are promptly deleted following processing. This commitment to data security and efficiency makes LexLogik an essential tool for legal professionals managing large volumes of documentation.
