Users have the ability to either scan or upload their documents, categorize them using customizable fields and access permissions, while also searching through the text of both Arabic and English scans. The user-friendly dashboard highlights approaching expirations in a 90-day timeframe and can automatically notify the team via email 30 days prior to any critical date.
