Its API supports business applications, while the web service lets teams prepare PDF, ADOC and ASiC-E files, invite participants and follow signature progress. Signature verification is also available. Lithuanian users can sign using supported Smart-ID, Mobile-ID and eID-card credentials.
Billing follows completed signatures rather than team size: no subscription and no seat charge. At 1,000+ signatures/month, Lithuanian eID/USB QES costs EUR 0.06 plus VAT; Smart-ID, Mobile-ID and LT ID cost EUR 0.16 plus VAT. Occasional remote signing (1-99/month) costs EUR 0.19 plus VAT. Unsuccessful and cancelled attempts incur no signing charge.
Windows and macOS (beta) desktop software and separate card middleware can be downloaded from tvarka.pro. Android users have a personal-use option with 10 free PDF signatures each calendar month using a compatible Lithuanian ID card issued after January 1, 2024 and an NFC phone. This option needs neither a Tvarka account nor a separate reader. The service is operated in Lithuania by Socialiniai algoritmai, UAB.
