Summary: SignNow is a flexible e-signature tool, which we have integrated with our CRM and used to put signatures on the contracts and agreement papers. Even our HR department use it in their recruitment process. It offers bulk invite feature which can be used to to invite multiple recipient incase of multiple signature is required. The best part of SignNow is API access which make it very useful to integrate with the product and get seamless e-sign experience

Positive: SignNow is a simple and functional e-signature tool. It is a cross platform e-signature tool, which can be used to put signature even through mobile. It provides API support which can be used to to embed SignNow with your product. It offers a centralised dashboard which can be used to track the documents progress as well as to remind the the recipients

Negative: I'm very much satisfied with the quality and experience. No Cons.

Summary: SignNow is a big step towards digitization of documents/contracts. It's not just to sign, it even saves the signed document, which can be used in future as per need. I just upload the document and share the Signing URL with the clients, they sign it from where-ever they are even trough mobile app and its done. It has feature of requesting additional documents before signing, for such cases, a notification is triggered to up loader regarding additional papers. In case of there are multiple signee, Bulk Signee invite option is there , once you use this and select the stakeholders, all with get email to sign the document.

Positive: SignNow is providing service to sign the documents/contract papers without being physically present near the 2nd party or physical document. It's as easy as 1. Upload the document 2. Invite the Signee 3. Done.

It can be easily integrated with the product through API. There are many unique of features in the SignNow which are not easy to find in other products as:

Negative: It is very helpful solution eliminating the delay caused due to physical signing. I don't find anything to complain.

Summary: SignNow gives me the ability to digitally sign on documents, without being there physically. I basically use this tool to sign on invoices and also to get a valid legal proof signature from the client if we had an agreement.

Positive: SignNow is very simple and reliable to use. Available on cross-platform makes it more practical on the digital signature process. It gives the flexibility to sign on Pdf, contracts, and documents. Easy to access older sign documents.

Negative: The Mobile version of this app is not worthy to use, the app has lots of errors.

Summary: For us, I think SignNow has presented so many benefits and it has overall eliminated the need to invest so much money for printing and mailing documents to our clients and other business partners. It accelerates the process of getting documents signed and we clearly spend less time sending them out to clients because it is a quick process that does not take much time and we are able to increase our productivity. The abilities of SignNow has completely impacted our capabilities of workflow in a positive way, we are able to streamline it and have more control over it, improving our efficiency because the documents are all in a single space where they can be shared, secured, accessed, and signed, which saves us so much time trying to figure out where we put X document, this new form of organization is incredibly beneficial for us; as well as the fact that all the activities done inside the software are recorded to provide additional security information in case we need it, such as IP addresses, time of opening of a document, who is editing something, and it is such a positive tool to have in hand because we just know that that information is there for when it is needed for legal purposes. In general, the use of SignNow has improved our customer experience with all of our clients, because it is easier to provide legal documents and it is more convenient than mailing the documents, our clients are happy and we are happy because the response time is faster than before, and things work pretty fast overall, helping us close certain deals and more, there is no need to wait for a document to arrive when we can just share it to them and they can review it on the application.

Positive: SignNow is a tool that simplifies many processes and it is a very user-friendly product that does a good job at managing digital files and providing a space to send these files to different people in an online and digital way, it is a tool that has become my preferred choice when it comes to sending and getting signatures on files for the following reasons:

Intuitive User Interface: The way that the interface of SignNow is designed makes it really easy to use and have a good time while using it, since it is very well distributed and you can find all the necessary features while navigating through the platform, it is clean, well-organized and does not have too much of a learning curve, it is very self-explanatory once you see what each tool can do, and you can easily locate all the important tools easily without having any issues or complications while doing so, I really like the layout and how it allows me to work pretty fast because it is set in a way that everything can be found easily and the tools are distributed in a way that makes sense.

Robust Security Measures: Because of the nature of the software, it is important that it has the right security tools that ensure that everything is well protected and there are no risks of hacking or malwares being infiltrated into the files, with SignNow I really like the fact that it makes a strong emphasis on the protection of all our data and offers good and standard security measures such as encryption of all files and compliance, the authentication of identity works pretty well and ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of very private documents for our organization has been something that keeps continue to maintain SignNow, and I really like how the concerns for security are not really there when we use this software because it continously provides a great security and as a result, we are able to keep our focus on security low when using this tool.

Versatile Document Editing Tools: The way that SignNow works makes it easy to combine different tools and use the software as a management of files but also an editor of these, it has a very robust set of document editing features that can be used to modify documents inside of the software, without needing to use a third-party application, this allows us to stay secure because there is no need to transfer the files to another application and having to risk our security even more, and it also saves us a lot of time sending the file to another editor, we can simply use the one inside of SignNow and eliminate any extra worries that might occur, as well as make any quick changes to our files if needed.

Seamless Collaboration: The editing tools of SignNow are good, but it also is the collaborating tools that it provides, we are able to invite users into the file to collaborate and edit, view, or sign documents with such ease, it is a very ideal process that I find myself using constantly because firstly, it is remote, so we don't need to be on the office working together to be able to get things done, but also it just makes things so much faster and it has real-time collaboration, meaning that we can work together while we discuss any changes needing to be made to a file, helping us boost our team morale and productivity.

Extensive Integration Options: With this software, we are able to integrate many other tools that we use for better usage of them and SignNow, it makes it easier and more productive to integrate with other tools because the management of files becomes so much simpler and it streamlines the process in a way that we no longer need to send files via email or risk any hacking of our personal accounts and have these sensitive files stolen.

Customizable Templates: With the creation and editing of documents in SignNow, I like that it already has so many templates for different types of files that one might need, it is very easy to edit these templates because they are very complete and one has simply to modify the most important details to the detailes that we want to talk about or if we are referring to a specific client, it its so much better than drafting a document from scratch and SignNow offers so many templates to choose from depending on the type of industry and theme, it is a quick process and it somehow automates the process of creating documents.

Negative: The negative things about SignNow definitely do not outshine the positive, but there are some things about the software that I am not really content with, and one of them it is the fact that it is not as automated as I would like it to be, nowadays, the purpose of a software is to automate certain workflows, and SignNow does a so-so job, because there are areas that could be heavily improved and can become more automated, I would like it to be more industry-specific when it comes to certain settings so that the job of organizing documents is easier. Additionally, I think some of the advanced features are kind of complicated to use, it is not really difficult, but there is some learning curve that has to be achieved in order to make use of the software in a more complex and professional way, and I would like to see more advanced features in the analytics area, right now there is not much to it even though it does provide some tools about it, but I would like to see more in-depth analytics and reporting tools that help me understand the usage of the software in my business a lot better and make better choices about the optimization of our services.

Summary: Overall, SignNow is great for conducting business virtually. The software is user-friendly and secure.

Positive: SignNow makes it easy to have legally binding documents signed virtually. A company can be located in Alaska and conduct business virtually with the lower 48.

Negative: The emails are sometimes sent to the Junk/Spam folder instead of the actual inbox.
