JOpt.TourOptimizer is an enterprise optimization engine for route planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across logistics, transportation, dispatch, and field service operations. It is built for organizations that need to solve complex planning problems under real-world business constraints rather than simple consumer-grade route calculation. The platform supports vehicle routing and scheduling scenarios such as VRP, CVRP, VRPTW, pickup and delivery, multi-depot planning, heterogeneous fleets, and workforce scheduling. JOpt.TourOptimizer can model time windows, working hours, visit durations, capacities, skills and expertise levels, territories, zone governance, overnight stays, alternate destinations, and custom business rules. This makes it suitable for production deployments where feasibility, transparency, and operational reliability matter. It is designed to generate practical plans that help teams balance travel time, service commitments, workload distribution, and operational cost in demanding enterprise environments. The solution is available both as an embedded Java SDK and as a Docker-based REST API with OpenAPI and Swagger support. Description

Rotasal serves as a comprehensive delivery-operations platform tailored for businesses managing their own last-mile fleets, including sectors such as e-commerce and retail delivery, food and bottled-water logistics, courier and cargo transport, as well as pharmaceutical and medical distribution, field service teams, and staff shuttles. By integrating all aspects of delivery management, it eliminates the need for manual route planning via spreadsheets, eliminates driver instructions communicated through messaging apps, and reduces the number of "where is my order?" inquiries through a unified system that serves dispatch offices, drivers, and end customers alike. Users can effortlessly upload their daily orders through a file or API, allowing Rotasal to efficiently assign orders to vehicles in the optimal sequence. On a typical day with 600 orders, the planning process is completed in approximately 20 seconds, and any necessary adjustments due to new, canceled, or urgent requests can be made in just 3 seconds, enabling real-time flexibility throughout the day rather than confining changes to overnight updates. Dispatchers are responsible for reviewing and approving each plan prior to drivers departing, and they can monitor the fleet's progress on a live map. Additionally, the system ensures that no courier is ever double-booked during replanning, which enhances overall efficiency. This streamlined approach significantly improves operational productivity and customer satisfaction.
