Once a customer fully settles an invoice, resulting in a zero balance, the system automatically dispatches an email prompting them to leave a review on Google. It's important to note that requests are not triggered by deposits or partial payments. Business owners can easily connect through Intuit sign-in, and QuickBooks Online promptly informs InvoiceStars about incoming payments, eliminating the need for third-party tools like Zapier or manual exports. By default, review requests are sent out two days post-payment, although this can be adjusted anywhere from zero to thirty days. Each customer is only contacted for a review once every 90 days, and emails from generic inboxes such as ap@ or billing@ are not included in the outreach. While email requests are currently available, there are plans to introduce SMS options in the future. These requests are designed to adhere strictly to Google's guidelines by avoiding any form of incentivization. Additionally, this streamlined process ensures that businesses can focus on delivering quality service while maintaining a strong online reputation.
