Built-in AI features generate call summaries, identify action items, prioritize voicemails, and provide contextual assistance during conversations. Zoom Virtual Agent Receptionist adds conversational AI capabilities for answering business questions, booking appointments, and routing callers based on their needs. Call monitoring and reporting tools provide visibility into call volumes, usage patterns, connection quality, and employee communication activity. Zoom Phone integrates with Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, and other business applications to connect calling activities with existing workflows.
