Description

ICTPBX is a robust open-source PBX platform designed specifically for Internet Service Providers (ISPs), Internet Telephony Service Providers (ITSPs), and various service providers. It integrates FreeSWITCH 1.10 as its core media engine with FusionPBX 6.6 for configuration, all streamlined via the ICTCore REST API and operated from an intuitive Angular 13 web dashboard. In contrast to hosted PBX options, ICTPBX operates fully on your infrastructure, giving you complete control over your data, tenants, and billing processes. Its scalable architecture allows you to expand from just a few extensions to thousands of users without incurring per-user licensing fees, making it a cost-effective solution. The platform is specifically designed for multi-tenant environments, ensuring that each tenant has their own dedicated PBX setup with personalized branding, quota limits, and role-based access controls to enhance security and customization. Key features include support for SIP extensions, ring groups, call queues (ACD), and interactive voice response (IVR) menus, along with voicemail, conferencing, time conditions, and complex call flows. It also supports SIP trunks (gateways), inbound Direct Inward Dialing (DID) routing, and call blocking for enhanced functionality. Multi-Domain Security Management enhances security and oversight by dividing security management into various virtual domains.
