Nexus serves as a digital platform designed for Making Tax Digital (MTD) accounting and reporting, specifically tailored for letting agents in the UK and their landlord clients. This innovative portal integrates seamlessly with various agent platforms such as Reapit, PayProp, SME Professional, LettsPay, and Alto, consolidating vital property, ownership, rental income, and expense information into a landlord's account. Landlords are able to examine transactions, modify allowable expenses, input pertinent income or expenses, and prepare as well as submit their quarterly MTD updates, along with the annual final declaration to HMRC. Furthermore, they have the option to invite an accountant to either review their records or submit documents on their behalf.
