Description

Most document AI asks you to trust it. You feed it documents, it returns answers, and when a number is wrong, "the model said so" is the only explanation you get. Grooper was built for the organizations that can't accept that. Grooper is an intelligent document processing platform with a simple premise: you stay in control. Of the method: roughly 57 extraction techniques across rule-based and AI families, chosen per field, so the invoice number can use a pattern that returns the same answer every time while the handwritten note beside it uses AI. Of the AI's input: ReadScope lets you set exactly what the model reads for each field, the whole page, one region, or only values already extracted. The model can't misread what it was never shown. And of the evidence: every value keeps its receipt. Click any number and see the exact spot on the exact page it came from, which method produced it, what the AI was given to read, and who checked it. A number without its source is a rumor; Grooper's numbers show their work. It is one system, sole-authored in one codebase: scanning, OCR across 6 engines, document separation, classification, extraction, validation against your systems of record, human review with the source region highlighted, redaction, and delivery. When you need something Grooper doesn't do natively, you configure it, express it, or code it through 61 documented extension points, without leaving the product. Tisane identifies the issue and pinpoints the text fragment that is infringing. Optionally, an explanation can be provided for audit or sanity checks. Tisane can handle 30 languages, even if it contains slang or obfuscation.
