By adopting GrantCue, you can eliminate the chaos of disparate spreadsheets and email conversations, replacing them with a single, secure, and intuitive workspace designed for efficiency. Ultimately, this platform empowers organizations to navigate the grant landscape with greater ease and effectiveness.

Proposia is an innovative AI-driven assistant designed specifically for academic researchers working on grant proposals. It addresses a prevalent challenge in the funding landscape: after dedicating substantial time to develop a proposal, new opportunities arise that often render much of the original content usable, yet the process of adapting it can still consume several days due to necessary reframing, restructuring, and rewriting tasks. With Proposia, researchers simply upload two key documents: their existing material, which may include a previous proposal, a research plan, or a project concept, alongside the new funding call they wish to pursue. The intelligent agent then conducts a thorough analysis of both documents, identifying required modifications and generating a customized proposal that aligns seamlessly with the new call's scope, terminology, structure, and evaluation criteria. This approach enables researchers to bypass the cumbersome process of starting from scratch or piecing together content in a tool like ChatGPT, as they receive a draft proposal that is ready for them to refine, enhance, and ultimately submit. Proposia has demonstrated its effectiveness across various funding initiatives, including ERC, Horizon Europe, NIH, NSF, and numerous national grant calls, making it a valuable asset in the competitive landscape of academic funding. By streamlining the proposal adaptation process, Proposia empowers researchers to focus more on their groundbreaking work rather than getting bogged down in administrative tasks.
