E-Commerce Simplified - With our robust tools, creating an enhanced E-Commerce experience is effortless, allowing you to effortlessly list, sell, and manage products across various platforms, thereby streamlining your online business operations. When the founders of Global Business Commerce operated their retail and eCommerce ventures, they found that the systems intended to simplify their work fell short of expectations. The issues were numerous, ranging from faulty integrations to accounting mistakes that led to significant overpayments in sales tax, along with inconsistencies across different reports; the disappointments were endless. This platform was developed to realize an extensive wish list of features that we envisioned in systems like ShipStation, SellerCloud, ChannelAdvisor, ADP, Quickbooks, and more, which unfortunately never materialized. Ultimately, we aimed to create a solution that addresses these gaps and enhances the overall efficiency of eCommerce operations.

Description

The inception of Lovingly traces back nearly twenty years when co-founder Joe recognized during his work with florists that their traditional business methods were hindering their growth. He observed that larger corporations were gaining a significant advantage online while local florists struggled to compete. These established businesses found themselves in a precarious position, relying on outdated marketing methods like local publications and the yellow pages, while also losing a substantial portion of their profits to order gatherers who took a heavy cut from sales, leaving the florists with barely enough to cover their floral expenses. This created a challenging scenario for various customers, such as a business associate seeking to send condolence flowers to a client miles away after a personal loss or a first-time shopper who was misled by enticing advertisements from larger competitors. Ultimately, Joe's insights underscored a crucial need for a platform that could better support local florists in navigating the modern landscape.
