Description

GetEat is a no-cost online ordering service designed for a variety of food establishments, including restaurants, fast-food chains, pizzerias, kebab shops, food trucks, snack bars, and dark kitchens. Customers have the convenience of scanning a QR code or accessing the restaurant’s ordering link to view a digital menu, tailor their selections, and place orders directly from their smartphones without the need for an app download. The platform allows restaurants to handle both dine-in and Click & Collect orders, receive notifications for new orders, and monitor order statuses via an intuitive web dashboard. GetEat facilitates online transactions through payment processors like Stripe and SumUp, ensuring a seamless checkout experience. There are no limits on the number of menu items or orders, and restaurants benefit from the absence of monthly fees or commissions to GetEat. Moreover, establishments are not required to invest in specialized hardware, enabling them to take control of their ordering processes and nurture their customer relationships effectively. This flexibility makes GetEat a highly appealing option for food businesses seeking to enhance their service offerings.

Description

PedidoIQ helps restaurants, cafés and small food businesses take orders and run the kitchen without paying the 15-30% commissions charged by delivery apps. Every restaurant gets a branded online ordering page with its own digital menu, an AI chat assistant that takes orders around the clock, and QR-code ordering at the table. On the back end, orders flow to a real-time kitchen display system split by station, and owners run menu, pricing, delivery, dine-in and analytics for every branch from one dashboard. It's free to start, with no credit card required.
