Description
We are simplifying the inspection process by capturing and automating data from 3D scanners and various other devices. This enables us to measure, comprehend, and relay inspection outcomes with minimal human involvement. Quality Assurance is essential in every manufacturing setting, and we're facilitating easier inspection through the use of 3D scanning technology.
Enhance the agility of inspections by seamlessly integrating with a wide range of scanners and Portable Coordinate Measuring Machines (PCMMs) available in the market. Our user-friendly interface allows for complex metrology tasks to be handled more easily. By automating repetitive workflows with simple visual scripting tools, we can help prevent unnecessary scrapping of parts.
Additionally, we aim to minimize expensive downtime by ensuring that measurements are accurate from the outset. Our efficient turbine blade averaging processes allow for the recreation of blades and blisks, while fast and precise volumetric reporting is ideal for budgeting and strategizing the additive production of heat exchangers. Furthermore, we enable the automation of standardized inspection routines, even when the reference geometry varies from one patient to another, ensuring consistency and reliability in results.
Description
The extreme-density architecture of the 3U or 6U blade servers is both powerful and adaptable, featuring designs that accommodate up to four independent UP nodes per blade. These servers achieve remarkable power efficiency of up to 86% and density improvements of 56% when juxtaposed with conventional 1U rackmount servers. Each node can support up to 256GB of DDR4 memory across eight DIMM slots, ensuring robust performance. Additionally, they come equipped with high-efficiency AC/DC power supplies rated at Platinum and Titanium levels (96%), and optional Battery Backup Power (BBP®) support enhances reliability. The architecture allows for dual Intel® Xeon® processor E5-2600 v4/v3 families, along with a capacity for four 2.5" SAS3/SATA3 drives per blade server and up to two M.2 NVMe drives on specific models. A shared infrastructure for cooling, power, and networking is crucial for the impressive density and efficiency that blade servers provide. Furthermore, Supermicro’s MicroBlade initiative advances the resource-saving concept with its Disaggregated Server Design, allowing for independent upgrades of compute modules while maintaining the rest of the server infrastructure, which significantly optimizes total cost of ownership. This innovative approach not only enhances flexibility but also ensures that users can adapt their systems to evolving needs without major overhauls.
