Description
Gaugelog is a sophisticated calibration management tool designed specifically for quality managers in ISO 9001 manufacturing firms, who often oversee between 50 and 1,000 measurement devices. The setup process begins effortlessly with an existing spreadsheet, allowing users to upload their data without needing to clean up messy columns. The import feature employs AI technology to analyze the column headers only once; thereafter, the data processing is entirely deterministic, ensuring that the same input yields the same output consistently. This system maintains a register that monitors due dates and sends escalating email notifications at intervals of 30, 14, and 7 days prior to the due date, on the due date itself, and weekly thereafter for overdue items, along with a test button to demonstrate the alert functionality. Calibration records are meticulously documented, capturing both as-found and as-left results, while any failed calibration initiates a guided out-of-tolerance workflow that aligns with ISO 9001 clause 7.1.5. Additionally, certificates can be customized with the customer’s logo on each plan, and users can effortlessly export an audit pack that includes the register status, due lists, out-of-tolerance closures, and an index of certificates with just one click. The pricing structure is based on a per-gauge model, allowing for unlimited users across all plans, with a complimentary option available for managing up to 30 gauges, making it accessible for various organizational needs. This flexibility ensures that both small and large companies can efficiently manage their calibration processes without overwhelming complexity.
