Description
GateControl (GC) originated as an initiative aimed at overseeing the gate activities at an industrial facility belonging to GMR, serving as a crucial case study. NudgeNext (NN) faced the daunting task of managing a sprawling campus characterized by a high volume of visitors, frequent material transfers, and a substantial workforce. The existing gate management process was chaotic and ineffective, posing potential risks to the safety of the plant. Between 2010 and 2011, NN developed a structured workflow to address these safety issues, giving birth to GC. To this day, GC has evolved to consolidate various gate operations into a single, reliable application designed with the goal of enhancing the user experience. Nowadays, GC stands as a sophisticated, adaptable solution suitable for a wide range of environments where gate management is essential, including corporate offices, special economic zones (SEZs), educational institutions, small to medium-sized businesses, and large production facilities, as well as extensive government entities. NudgeNext is committed to advancing the implementation of efficient gate operations that prioritize both safety and productivity simultaneously, ensuring that the process is not only effective but also enjoyable for everyone involved. The continuous evolution of GC reflects the company's dedication to innovation in gate management.
