A dedicated queue highlights instruments that are currently in use, approaching their due dates, overdue, or out of service. Customizable email notifications ensure that upcoming tasks remain top of mind. Additionally, GagePilot allows for team collaboration through invitations, includes a history that can be exported, and offers a 14-day free trial without requiring a credit card. The monthly fee is set at $99 for management of up to 500 instruments, with no restrictions on the number of invited users.
