SankeyJourney, a powerful tool for online customer journey analysis, can be used within an app or a website. Users can upload CSV files containing event data and generate a Sankey Diagram or flow chart in seconds.
It offers a wide range of customization options. These include adjusting the number steps, filtering and grouping events, focusing on session levels, customizing labels and colors, and highlighting certain paths by clicking nodes and segments.
