FreeMED is a comprehensive open-source electronic medical record and practice management system that has been in development since 1999. The FreeMED Software Foundation, recognized as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is dedicated to advancing the open-source software community and improving the world by fostering the growth and acceptance of FreeMED along with other open-source medical software initiatives. Description

The Open Health Imaging Foundation (OHIF) Viewer is an open-source web platform dedicated to medical imaging, providing a robust framework for the creation of intricate imaging applications. It is designed to quickly load large radiology studies by pre-fetching essential metadata and streaming imaging pixel data as needed. With the integration of Cornerstone3D, it efficiently decodes, renders, and annotates medical images.
