Description

Flowsery is an automated AI session replay tool designed to detect bugs efficiently. It monitors every user interaction, automatically identifying rage clicks, dead clicks, and errors, while providing your team with insights into what went wrong and the reasons behind it, eliminating the need for manual review of recordings. When an issue arises, Flowsery prioritizes it based on its impact, issues an alert complete with a replay link and steps for replication, and even generates a draft fix for your team to evaluate, all while seamlessly creating a ticket in Linear or Jira with just one click. Additionally, it features an extensive web analytics suite, offering real-time insights into traffic, revenue by source, conversion funnels, objectives, and user journeys, all conveniently displayed on a single dashboard. Developed in Europe, Flowsery operates without relying on cookies or consent banners, making it an ideal solution for product and engineering teams eager to quickly understand why users abandon their experience and address issues promptly. This comprehensive approach ensures that teams can enhance user satisfaction efficiently.

Description

rrweb is a widely used open-source session replay library for recording and replaying user sessions on the web. The platform helps developers, observability teams, analytics companies, product teams, and support tools understand exactly what happened during a user session. rrweb captures the rendered DOM, user interactions, clicks, scrolls, hesitation, UI changes, and other session events so teams can replay experiences with context. Observability teams can attach replays to errors to see what users did before something broke. Product and experience analytics teams can watch real user journeys to understand behavior and improve design decisions. Bug reporting teams can use rrweb to capture precise reproduction steps instead of relying on vague issue descriptions. rrweb Cloud adds managed infrastructure for storage, indexing, querying, insights, deduplication, PII filtering, and replay processing. The platform also supports AI workflows by turning recordings into structured event streams that agents and LLMs can read. By combining open-source replay capture, managed cloud infrastructure, extensible playback, and AI-ready session data, rrweb gives teams a flexible way to build replay-powered products.
