This construction estimating software's heart is the list of typical residential construction tasks, based on unit costs. To include in the estimate, select items from the assembly list. As assemblies are added, the standard costs for labor, material, and any other cost are assumed. If desired, each standard cost can be increased. The software is flexible, was created by a contractor and makes it easy to handle the many jobs in construction. You can create templates for common jobs, clone estimates, adjust prices and markups, and enter multiple tax codes. A variety of reports can be accessed once you're done. Help screens are available.
