Description
Cloud-based rendering offers hardware-independent performance and an abundance of rendering resources without the need for any software or hardware investments. Even an older laptop from a decade ago is sufficient to handle large projects effortlessly. The FELIX interface has been optimized to minimize resource usage while maintaining high productivity levels. Whether you're creating one render or ten, the time required remains consistent, allowing for efficient multitasking across various projects since all intensive processing occurs in the cloud. FELIX provides a comprehensive toolkit for scene setup, including a wide range of high-quality materials and 3D objects, eliminating the need to waste time searching online. Users can access everything from trees and vehicles to furniture, people, tools, and much more. With 99% of FELIX users being architects and designers, sharing assets among peers is a prevalent practice that enhances their competitive edge through superior project quality. This collaborative environment not only fosters creativity but also streamlines the design process, making it easier to access and utilize a diverse array of resources.
Description
Penguin enhances Rhino and AutoCAD by introducing freehand sketching, watercolor effects, cartoon-style illustrations, and technical drawings. As a non-photometric scan line renderer, Penguin allows users to produce stylized representations of their models, infusing them with an artistic flair for greater graphic and visual impact. The latest version, Penguin 2.0, operates seamlessly within Rhino and maintains the same hardware requirements as its predecessor. Both Rhino and Penguin are compatible with standard Windows desktop and laptop computers, eliminating the need for specialized hardware beyond what AutoCAD necessitates. Fully integrated into Rhino, Penguin 2.0 allows access to its configuration settings through the typical Rhino dialog interface, either via the properties panel or object properties. The dockable object properties panel is designed to update dynamically while executing different commands or altering selections, ensuring a smooth workflow. Furthermore, Penguin 2.0 is compatible with all native Rhino objects, including 2D elements such as dimensions and curves, enabling users to customize specific settings for these objects just like they would for any other model component. This functionality not only broadens the creative possibilities within design projects but also enriches the user experience by making artistic rendering more accessible.
