For users without a cellular plan or Wi-Fi access at a client's residence, the app can be pre-loaded with sessions to ensure continuity. Additionally, the app records GPS locations and synchronizes captured data to the Portia server every thirty seconds, allowing BCBAs to observe incoming data in nearly real-time. Each entry includes a time stamp, providing precise details on when recordings were made. Users can also view and modify both the scheduled and actual session times, enhancing the flexibility and accuracy of the management process.
