Skip tracing used to cost $.10 per house. No more. We allow 10,000 exports for $119 per month, saving investors over $800 per month. Our platform combines daily-updated property data matched with consumer data monthly. This allows accurate “skip tracing” and unique filtering such as: 1. The phone numbers are labeled owner/renter/family so you can isolate the decision maker 2. You can filter by the “skip trace data” to build your list like owner age, language spoken, or household income. This example is helpful for land investors… usually only seniors sell vacant land. 3. You can totally eliminate any disconnected numbers by using our export column that says how much the person picked up their phone in the last 2 months… We also created unique data sets such as road frontage (for land investors), double lots (so you can target properties where you can break even on the flip and split off a lot to make $50,000) and corner lots (for high-density zoning laws sweeping the country, corner lot properties offer more parking, which is often the limiting factor to the number of livable units on a parcel). Building condition is also a filter. In a world where “everyone has the same list” We keep adding new data sets like these which allow investors to be more efficient and targeted with their marketing.
