Our platform combines daily-updated property data matched with consumer data monthly. This allows accurate “skip tracing” and unique filtering such as:
1. The phone numbers are labeled owner/renter/family so you can isolate the decision maker
2. You can filter by the “skip trace data” to build your list like owner age, language spoken, or household income. This example is helpful for land investors… usually only seniors sell vacant land.
3. You can totally eliminate any disconnected numbers by using our export column that says how much the person picked up their phone in the last 2 months…
