Description
DB24 offers intelligent automation for routine DBA administrative tasks, ensuring continuous data availability and optimal database performance around the clock, thus providing enhanced control, reliability, and tranquility for organizations. This solution caters to enterprises across various sectors, including manufacturing, finance, telecommunications, and public services. It is imperative for every organization to maintain robust database availability and performance to align with business demands, as data is the lifeblood of any enterprise. The significance of databases in achieving organizational success cannot be understated. As your infrastructure expands, so does the potential for downtime, data loss, and negative customer experiences. Database professionals, if available, often find themselves overburdened with the management of extensive database systems, which requires significant time and resources to ensure their health, stability, and scalability. In response to this challenge, DB24 efficiently automates system operations and service delivery, proactively mitigating critical issues that may arise, particularly those stemming from the intricate relationships between the database, operating system, and network components. By leveraging such automation, organizations can focus more on strategic initiatives rather than being bogged down by routine maintenance tasks.
Description
Data management in telecommunications encompasses various elements, some of which traditional Database Management Systems (DBMSs) do not fully cover. Due to the necessity for high fault tolerance in continuous operation systems and the need for the DBMS to operate within the same address space as the applications, we have developed a novel DBMS known as Mnesia. Mnesia is intricately integrated with Erlang and offers essential functionalities for creating fault-tolerant telecommunications systems. Specifically designed for industrial-grade telecommunications applications, Mnesia serves as a multiuser distributed DBMS and aligns with Erlang as its primary programming language. This system aims to resolve all data management challenges typical in telecommunications environments and boasts several advanced features rarely seen in conventional DBMSs. Moreover, Mnesia's design emphasizes reliability and performance, making it an ideal choice for critical applications in the field.
