The patient's experience begins with the scheduling of an appointment in the electronic health record (EHR), which triggers a tailored Curago Workflow that can be customized according to various factors such as the type of appointment, the patient's age and/or gender, the location of the visit, and the chosen provider. After appointments are arranged, patients receive a text message and/or email detailing how to prepare for their upcoming visit, and for appointment types like procedures, this communication may include necessary patient education and step-by-step preparation instructions. You have the flexibility to decide on the timing and method of appointment reminders sent to patients. Once you establish reminders for each type of appointment, Curago takes over by automatically dispatching these reminders whenever appointments are created in the EHR. Furthermore, each reminder can be configured to prompt patients to confirm their appointment via text, and once a patient confirms, Curago updates the EHR to reflect this confirmation, ensuring that patients are not asked again unnecessarily. This streamlined process not only enhances patient engagement but also improves overall efficiency in managing appointments.
Description
We have introduced a new Monthly Stats report that details the number of unique patient visits each month, where a patient visiting you 12 times would still count as a single visit. Additionally, we now perform intelligent rounding for tax rate calculations to enhance accuracy. Improvements to referential integrity have been made, as well as enhancements in managing stored credit card information. This update also includes a function to delete a clinic along with its associated patients, along with minor code refinements. We've incorporated more insightful quotes for Handyworks, along with fixes for the deleted appointment report and a persistent exit bug, contributing to an overall increase in HandyWorks' stability. Our recent feature that tracks who adds and removes appointments has also been expanded to the multiple appointment wizard. Furthermore, we resolved a frustrating issue where clicking "OK" in the transaction screens was problematic. Lastly, the End of Day / Day Stats report now includes an additional column to identify users who have added appointments, providing even more clarity on user activity. These updates collectively enhance the functionality and reliability of our services, ensuring a better experience for our users.
